Pros

Celebrate wins as a team. Monthly all-hands meetings provide every detail of how the company is performing. Executive Team has open door policy and knows every member of the team by first name. When goals are met the entire company celebrates with events (they even rented a yacht and took the entire team on a ride). They also provide catered breakfast, lunch and snacks! Lots of upside in this company - and we're only getting started! Lately, we've been "media darlings" and receiving lots of great press from top publications. Also, they are introducing a 401K with a generous company match.

Cons

A relatively new company (3 years) still have growing pains, but financially secure. Health insurance is getting better, but a little expensive. The company still pays the majority of the cost. Rapid growth has our office a little crowded, but we're actively seeking a new and larger space.

Pros

- The company's transparency is excellent, frequent all hands meetings, regular slack updates with all the numbers of how things are going, access to execs if you ever needed anything. - Good benefits (not the best I ever had, but very respectable) - The people and company are very causal. Ive never had to worry about politics here which is great. - Good work life balance. Unlimited PTO has never been restrictive to me. Plenty of holidays. No insane deadlines for working late.

Cons

like everywhere, there has been layoffs in the last couple of years. Culture has shifted to be a bit quieter as a result.

Pros

Nick Bulcao is amazing. He really has a great vision. Amazing team in Operations who tries their best despite the ridiculous metrics they have to meet, many great friendships formed. Overtime is provided but if you’re one of the only ones that takes it, you will get taken advantage of and find yourself with a very unhealthy work/life balance.

Cons

Upper upper management in operations once above the “manager” level is awful. A few in particular. They push and push for more but don’t want to listen to feedback or their leadership team that works on the frontlines suggestions and advice. They don’t talk respectfully to the ones under them and then expect the team to break their backs. Constant changes of supervisors and managers and processes so don’t get used to anything.
