Pros
Everything, from the huge work space, latest tech, to catered lunches, gym, and awesome location, well organized scrums, meetings, awesome/friendly co-workers and close to BART for easy public transportation. I have worked at a ton of startups and all over the bay area, ranging from fortune 500 to tiny two people wannabe ventures. By far, Airspace Systems is better than most, culturally, technically and efficiently flying higher than a drone.
Cons
if there is a con, it has more to do with my ability to bring a mature, adult, motivated, kind and empathetic attitude for your work place.
