Pros
The company does several interesting things and has a lot of good developers. The development process is structured and continues to learn as the development team continues to grow. Would recommend to a friend as a good stop in the middle of a career, but not as a long commitment.
Cons
Little to no bonuses, very little monetary compensation for long hours, employee development is something you need to incessantly demand and you get very little of it. The general feeling you get from working there is that the company doesn't trust you and doesn't think you deserve their money.
