Good work/ life balance, interesting field of activity, great guys, an interesting technology and a lot of trust between the employees and the management.
Cons
The amounts of pivots to the company strategy are staggering. Every quarter the flagship product changes. Medium to long range planning are almost impossible, workload planning is a mess. Slow to promote.
