Pros

- Best-in-class compensation and benefits for BDRs in the market. - A highly compelling product to sell, with broad use cases across industries and teams. - Very healthy work environment with a positive office atmosphere and strong peer support. - Weekly training and exceptional coaching on sales, B2B SaaS, and AI. - Strong autonomy in execution, with the freedom to be creative while benefiting from clear structure and proven best practices from peers.

Cons

- The requirement to be in the office three times per week may not work for everyone. - The promotion path is not yet fully defined, which is understandable as the go-to-market model continues to evolve and timing can be challenging.

Pros

Office culture is amazing - dedicated "culture ambassadors" (a recruiter and engineer) plan events in the NYC office , and they're doing an amazing job, not to mention daily interactions and lunches with a strong in-office presence. Coworkers on my team are incredibly smart, kind, and thoughtful. In my experience, there is a total absence of known smart but "difficult" people, which is unheard of. Really interesting, technically deep projects, since we are fundamentally a data company. Perks and benefits are great. One of the rare tech companies that still seems to have all the right values regarding DEI, work life balance, and keeping its employees happy.

Cons

Not sure what the outlook is on the future of AI - we're certainly at a major inflection point with a new CTO and a lot of AI initiatives, and it remains to be seen how it goes. Quality of managers seems to be mixed. High management turnover, but that's the industry right now.
