Pros
I'm about a month into my role at Airtribe and honestly, I didn't expect to feel this settled this quickly - both professionally and personally.
The learning curve here is real, but in the best possible way. Just last week, we hosted a full-scale Sales Hiring Drive, and as someone who had never been part of one before, I was thrown into the deep end in the most exciting way. I prepped extensively, took ownership, and came out of it having learned more in a single day than I expected to in a month. That kind of hands-on experience is hard to come by early in your career.
What I appreciate most is that ideas here don't just get nodded at, they actually get heard and implemented. There's a real openness from the team to try new things, and that's rare.
The culture is warm and collaborative. I've made some genuinely great friendships in just four weeks, which says a lot about the people Airtribe attracts. And watching how thoughtfully the teams build and work with their internal platforms and tools has given me so much inspiration - especially around using AI in the HR space, which is something I'm now actively exploring.
Overall, if you're someone who wants to grow fast, feel inspired by the people around you, and actually have your voice matter, Airtribe is a great place to be. I can't wait to see what the next few months look like.
Pros: Fast learning, people who genuinely care, ideas that get implemented, inspiring internal culture around tools and tech. AND the evening fruits/snacks!!
