Pros
1. If you are in 3G Femto team then you are in right place. 2. Team-member are nice. 3. Initiation is well appreciated (depends on under whom you are) 4. All consulting manager are very well qualified (both in US and India) 5. Employer can have good visibility in top management. 6. Good place for very highly motivated person.
Cons
1. Not very sound pay. 3. Lab is hazardous. Employer have to spend plenty of there time struggling Lab equipment. It is worst in Dev. 4. Lots of time wastage during work with equipment. 5. Sr. Management is bit subtle (and bit killing their team) 6. No proper training. 7. Employer has to work so many features/modules and so can not have any expertise. 8. Time intensive work environment. 9. Not very good relation in between QA and Dev.
