Poor management in Hong Kong - Senior Consultant Airwalk Reply Employee Review

I am sorry to hear of your experience with us at Airwalk having left us in November after three years service. I work in the recruitment team and have done so for the last eighteen months. My main remit is to bring people into the business and we have done this successfully in my time here. Last year alone there were over seventy new hires and their continued feedback is overwhelmingly more positive than what you have experienced. We hold regular 1:1's with all our staff on a regular basis so I am disappointed your frustrations were not picked up over the significant period you were employed here. Our employee feedback is good and this is reflected in our renewal of being a GPTW for 2023 whilst our employee population has grown significantly. Regarding your remuneration comment I was surprised by this also as we pay within the top 90% of UK companies.
