A great friendly and relaxed atmosphere, although this is very dependent on which office you attend as some may come across as being quite unfriendly and individuals don't like to chat..... Additional responsibilities taken on far too often in various teams with not enough employees to cover the workload. Dependent on job you are doing, may need to work a significant amount of overtime (lunch hours, nights and weekends) hence work-life balance difficult to maintain. Improvement needed to the process & associated rewards for Personal and Team Objectives set.
