Pros

You WILL get a call back if you apply here, because the turn over rate is really high in this low-quality work environment. If you like working minimum wage jobs and constantly being on call even when you're not scheduled, this is a great job for you. If you like dealing with angry people at the airport, this is a great job for you as well. If you like having a condescending boss who puts other co-workers down in front of you, you'll love it here (For example, "it was all his fault that ..."; or "who's smart idea was it to ...???" or when an employee picked up cigarettes for the owner but they were the wrong brand, "how long have you known me for? and you still can't get this one thing right??")

Cons

Minimum hourly wage. You get 4 hours of office work a day, 4 days a week. But you are also required to sign a contract saying you will be on call even on your time off, but that's where the bulk of your money is made working this job. You can't have anything else going for you (the contract states they don't want you conducting any other business) because they want you on call here at this extremely low wage 24/7- and I really mean 24/7. You will work a lot of overnights. When the call comes, that there's been a cancellation and 300 passengers are stranded at the airport, you are expected to be able to be there, at the airport, within 30 minutes, even if you are not scheduled. The owner is condescending with an uncomfortable way of approaching situations. His way of communicating with others is uncomfortable, not polite, and pretty rude. Rather than saying "this is our dress code here, I would like you to try your best to adhere to it starting tomorrow. here's a visual for reference, if you need anything please let me know," he would rather say "your pants are casual [they were business pants with a pattern] and inappropriate for the workplace." making it sound like they were revealing. Extremely awkward to respond to. And not to mention, as a boss, you can't point out a problem without offering a solution. You should help fix the problem quickly and efficiently. I had to ask like 5 questions to understand what he wanted me to do in the future, while feeling weird that he was commenting on my "inappropriate pants." Just very weird interactions with this man. Feels like a disproving, righteous, dinosaur, teacher. The office atmosphere is unbearably drab. Sometimes you will have office hours, and sometimes you will be working "operations" at the airport. At the office there is no art, no designated lunch room, the main office is one big mainly empty room with desks along the perimeter where everyone works in silence. There are computer chairs with the plastic covers on them lined up along the window as if people sometimes sit there- such awkward design. If you are sensitive to good and bag feng shui- it is very bag feng shui. Some people, to remedy this awful layout, lower their voices when talking while they are there, because everyone is literally working on their own computers in the same big room, so it's just overall very awkward. There is no real structured training (no manuals, no mission or vision statement, no team building or sense of community) Don't expect any flight benefits (or any benefits at all for that matter) working here.

Pros

You can learn to be a thief working here

Cons

This company says passenger service instead, they rip off the passengers, keep them at the airport to use their own transportation, they over-bill the airlines for hotels that hire them. They bring everyone to the office to make the office look like they are big. They take advantage of immigrant funding and treat them poorly. The managers help them rip off passengers that need to buy tickets at the airport.. the GTAA agents get kickbacks to help this company bypass Ubers and taxis.
