Remote workers don't have the same benefits and opportunities for raises and personal development as the onsite ones Inexperienced people are promoted to directors just to justify the work they put in and their raise, however, they don't have a say in design or vision decisions as other people You cannot have any different opinion and discuss with leadership team as this every time doesn t end up well
