Pros

Some talented and hardworking people across the organization. Opportunity to work on recognizable brands and gain exposure to different types of projects and clients.

Cons

Leadership talks heavily about culture and collaboration, but the actual day-to-day experience often feels disorganized, reactive, and driven by constant fire drills. Expectations regularly shift without clear communication, priorities change overnight, and teams are expected to absorb the impact without additional support. Workloads can become unrealistic, especially for high performers, and there is a noticeable lack of long-term planning or operational structure. Burnout feels normalized. Employee feedback is "acknowledged" publicly but rarely results in meaningful change. There is also a disconnect between leadership messaging and what employees actually experience. Morale declined significantly over time, and many strong employees quietly left because they no longer felt supported, valued, or optimistic about the direction of the company.

Pros

Someone dropped a banana Laffy Taffy under my desk and didn't notice, so I ate it. That was a good moment.

Cons

Aisle Rocket might be the most infamous agency in the midwest. Ive even met people from across the country that got sucked into the AR tornado revolving door at some point. I didnt go to business school nor do I want to pretend that I know the Intricacies of running a business. With that said. Me and my 12 year old cousins could come in and do better. Seriously. Give us a shot. They should create a dartboard with any random business ideas spread across it and throw a dart each month and test it out. I honestly think it would work better. I put in so much time, energy and love into this company and was extremely loyal. I defended them. I did some of my best work there. They even told me so. Then I got laid off the next day and was escorted out by the new IT guy. It was weird. I dont like getting pleasure from others misfortunes. But nothing would make me happier seeing this place crash and burn after all the lives theyve turned upside down. I dont want to jinx it though. Im sure ill run into a former AR employee in the middle of the Ozarks or the Appalachians or Hawaii who can give me the scoop and status of this place in the future. I got my eyes on it.
