Cons
Aitech has always been poorly run but these last two years have been the worst. They brought in outside leadership, cut salaries for those already working there, put impossible deadlines and requirements on their workers and gave no care to the health of their employees. They forced everyone back into the office during the height of Covid in the area and didn’t allow for at risk people to stay working remote. They put so much pressure on employees with no resources that has resulted in a hospital stay due to stress and exhaustion for a employee. They don’t care for anything other than the bottom line.
