Leadership is horrible. They treat their employees like slaves unless you are related to them. No work life balance, and complete disrespect and lack of trust for employees. Getting time off was like pulling teeth. They don't provide the tools you need to appropriately do your job and bad mouth employees to other people. They chastise and belittle employees in front of their peers.
