I have PTSD from working at this place. Cluster managers are absolutely useless and will get you to do all the work for them whilst they sit on their computers all day then takes all the credit and sales from other sales associates. State manager a complete bully and so rude. Disgusting behaviour knowing she has a child and acts the way she does. Head office has no idea the languages she uses and how she treats her team. HR is a joke. Such a divide between retail and head office teams. Head office also in Sydney so no career progression either. Just don’t even bother if you want your mental health affected, they’re all “mean girls”.
