Very motivated teams. everyone gets to work on a mixture of interesting projects, which is great for picking up skills and making national and global contacts in different business areas, but also great as it keeps your day/week very interesting. Often engaging in sector events, and all staff gets to participate. A very transparent operational and business strategy. very focused on client satisfaction. Dominating the UK market, and beyond. Strong ties and exclusive partnerships with government bodies and local authorities.

In comparison to other work places I worked in during my 10 years prior to joining Ajenta, I can't think of any cons.
