Great culture, most people are great to work with. Generous paid holidays, sick & vacation time, and great insurance.
Cons
Management isn't effective or fair in certain departments. Most employees often do as they please resulting in employee conflict. Not much of management as no issues are addressed. Management often looks after themselves.
