      Good place to learn. You will be working in latest technologies and will be working in mobile Application for both Android and IOS. You will get a very good hike, if you are talented, you can get a 100% hike also.

      Cons

      Work life balance will be affected because of more work.

      Access to senior management, good visibility of work.

      Cons

      Application is based on outdated window mobile 6.5. Management lacks understanding or talent to make the jump to next gen platforms like iOS and Android.
