Pros

- Plenty of team meals and afternoon teas, which food lovers will enjoy. - There are many team-building activities, but most of the time we are too busy to leave our desks and participate. - Remote work is freely available, but recently, employees are being asked to come into the office. - The company has a beautiful interior design and is conveniently located near an MRT station. - The company's public relations image is great, which is a plus for your resume. - Colleagues at the grassroots level are very easy to get along with. Yes, only those at the grassroots level.

Cons

- Frequent overtime can be soul-crushing, especially when you’re expected to always be on call. Although it's possible to report these overtime hours, I value my life and sleep more. - Work hours are highly fragmented, making it easy to get interrupted halfway through tasks. Constantly switching between different tasks and refocusing is truly exhausting. - Ineffective meetings are numerous, consuming so much time that there’s barely any left for actual work. This inevitably forces employees to work overtime in order to catch up. - The turnover rate is the highest of any team I've been part of. Out of a team of 5 people, including myself, 3 engineers left within a year. The reasons for leaving are varied, but those who understand will understand. Let the numbers speak for themselves. - The team atmosphere is the least favorable in my professional experience. The amount of emotional labor required is overwhelming, making it difficult to concentrate on core responsibilities. This was also a primary reason for my resignation. - Salaries and bonuses are mediocre. However, most people who join the gaming industry do so out of passion, not for the money. I'm grateful to this job for waking me up to the reality that I wasn’t making any real money. - This is the first time in my career that I've seen someone roar at a new member during an official meeting, with no one help the new member. - My mental and physical health deteriorated due to the inappropriate management, forcing me to leave the job and spend significant time recovering. What's worse is that I wasn't the only one who had similar experiences.

- Events and activities - Stocked kitchen - Lots of opportunities for life-long learning and self-development - Friendly colleagues -- almost flat hierarchy. - After-hours club activities.

Cons

- Less about developing a new title, but more about developing for and maintaining an existing product. - Some daily routines may seem tedious
