Pros
- You're surrounded by people who are both knowledgeable about ux, and passionate to share their expertise with everyone at any point. Great place if you are someone who wants to grow in their career in UX and learn from the best - Management is caring and understanding of work-life balance, and tries their best to support you in your professional development - Compensation for entry level to mid level (which are what I have experience with) is very reasonable, with solid health and wellness benefits
Cons
- If you're someone who doesn't like having multiple projects on the go, and a variety of client industries (so no two projects being the same), then this may not be the place for you - Because no new projects are the same, you're always having to adapt to the methodologies and approaches used. Lots of importance put on understanding the methodologies used and the 'why' of certain research approaches for different problem spaces.
