Great culture, good work life balance, work isn't terribly challenging.

Fairly flat organization, not a lot of room for upward mobility. Average pay.

Lots of overtime, middletown city taxes are lower than surrounding cities.

Expensive sub par insurance, no vacation or pto until after year of service. Upper management and senior employees are very unprofessional, it is a culture of bullying, harassment, and lies. Anyone reading this can look at this as a disgruntled employee as that is not the case. Leaving Akers was a heaven sent. Consider wisely before accepting any temp or full time gig as only a certain type will be accepted here. And it has nothing to do with your work ethic.
