      Fulfilling work, great clients, remote opportunities

      Cons

      Very micro-managing environment, senior management, and executives are not genuine and really do not have your best interest in mind, work-life balance is poor, and Akido Labs conducted layoffs in 2022 with the worst severance packages I have ever seen.

      Pros

      Growing organization, lots to “learn”

      Cons

      No training, benefits are terrible, use AI for literally everything with no training. Only work here as hourly - salary employees are expected to work 10+ hours everyday. Uneasy company due to funding shortages
