      Pros

      Great work life balance . No management to direct or tell you what to do . Great people at headquarters. Can work remote almost entire week . Some projects are great . Good place to work to collect a paycheck with minimal work done

      Cons

      No direction . Cheap in all areas that can think of . Absolutely no growth and slow to get anything done. Messed up organizational chart with multiple bosses . Pay is just ok and no raises . Yearly review sucks . Poor communication

      Pros

      Hard to say any if at all. I get a paycheck (that took months to be paid correctly)

      Cons

      No wage increase despite others making way over SCA limits, no adjustments for cost of living, same people recognized for doing bare minimum, insurance premiums are insane, no allowance for unpaid leave, PM totally unaware of what even happens on the contract, no one in upper management takes accountability for mistakes and contractors are blamed, many inadequate hires made just to have a warm body
