Horrible management and fellow co workers - Exhibit Specialist Akima Employee Review

Fort benning Georgia contract work for akima was a horrible work experience. Worst group of grown men I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. Micromanaging, wasteful spending, vindictive management and horrible co workers for the most part. The job is more based off maintaining interpersonal relationships with people than it is about actually completing projects. Co workers un willing to help or aid in advice, everyone scared to lose their job because of some slight management might of felt. Lot of butt kissing in order to keep your job. Every man for himself kind of environment. Everybody disliked each other. Made for a horrible work environment.
