      Pros

      Company believes in promoting from within. There is a lot of support from coworkers and a positive belief in the company as a whole and a good attitude towards the subsidiary companies and their success.

      Cons

      Some of the Akima corporate processes could use some updating, but the company is willing to make changes to better them whereas other companies I have been at will not.

      Pros

      Rational, problem-solving focused, and minimal interference in work.

      Cons

      Can be pragmatic to the point of cold-heartedness. Due to being cost-focused, contract was significantly underbid and understaffed, leading to stretching of resources. Benefits are very minimal.
