Arrogant Management - Software Engineer Akosha Employee Review

Hi Anon Sorry that you did not have a great experience with us. On work life balance - yeah it has taken us some time to get it right. We used to work 6 days a week even for our technology team but we moved to 5 days a week almost 3 months ago. We realised that to scale we'll probably have to make changes and things may not be like the early days of our company when we used to literally work 7 days a week (though I still do and as do a lot of the senior folks). On politics, I am surprised but it is difficult for me to know what exactly happened in your case. I would be grateful if you write to me on ankur@akosha.com and tell me what happened in some more detail. I know you don't owe us such a mail, but it would really help us. :-) (Generally speaking, we've kept leaders in all teams who have high degree of intellect and self awareness for them to not become political beings - in my opinion at least).
