A boutique agency that respects different work styles, schedules and preferences. The people are smart and supportive. I love knowing that I can adapt my hours and focus in different phases of life. Very accommodating for those that have kids or parents to take care of, or other life challenges.

No cons, just different for someone accustomed to big corporate.

Owner is moody and emotionally abusive to employees. No mentorship from senior staff. Junior staff who intern or start here out of college should know this isn't how most agencies work.
