      A boutique agency that respects different work styles, schedules and preferences. The people are smart and supportive. I love knowing that I can adapt my hours and focus in different phases of life. Very accommodating for those that have kids or parents to take care of, or other life challenges.

      Cons

      No cons, just different for someone accustomed to big corporate.

      Pros

      good hours, work-life balance, and pay is at or above market rate. They really value their employees there.

      Cons

      tad bit disorganized in terms of some assignments or work allotment among teams but communication in-team solves it most of the time.
