      The other employees are excellent.

      Cons

      There have been no pay raises in years. The COO told everyone working in manufacturing that they could work more hours if they wanted to be paid more, even though most are already working 50+ hours. The CEO directed the engineering manager to ask all engineering staff how they would compensate the company (via a salary reduction) for issues caused directly by management decisions.
