It is possible to state that Aktifbank has become Turkey's most innovative bank which gained several local and international innovation awards from year 2008 till today. During this period, I and my team developed some inhouse modules and systems which added value to promote the bank's risk management structure, and two of these modules were awarded/mentioned in London Financial Innovation Award Contest . The reason is why I am talking about these awards that, Aktifbank created an environment to develop our skills and gave opportunity to show our abilities by entitling executive positions in restructuring and innovation projects. Consequently, it is right argument that a staff can find opportunities to undertake new responsibilities and gain experience in different areas of Banking in Aktifbank,
