The management makes employees write positive review on glass door. most of the reviews are written by the owner of the company only on glass door The owner of this company is selfish, arrogant, egoistic. No manners to talk to employees at all. employees are abused by the owner on regular basis delays salary for months and then the employee is fired so that he does not have to give salary. no employee is allowed to talk to other employee permission is required to go to washroom or to have food management wants employee to be their slave failing to be slave of management will lead to termination the major work of owner is to make his own videos and upload on youtube and facebook and makes employees like it so that he gets extra income. Average working hours are 12 saturday is a complete working day without pay not allowed to wear shoes inside office there are meeting for 2 hours in beginning of the day and 2 hours at the end of the day
