Pros
1. Good opportunities for the freshers to build their careers. 2. Great exposure to new opportunities 3. Very good management team which always supports their subordinates 4. Various add-on certification programs by the company helps in adding value to the employees' credentials.
Cons
1. Travelling is one of the cons (although transportation is provided by the company) 2. One would have to maintain the work-life balance since the workload would always be very high in the company
