      Employee engagement new project and forward thinking to attract the best talent. Lots of opportunities to move sideways within the company

      Cons

      Restrictive environment if you want to contribute anything of value. Have to be in with the in crowd to do well. Very cliquey.Difficult to get promotions.Don;t pay very well
