      Ability to move up and develop different construction skills. Decent salary and benefits with good management. Plenty of projects to keep you employed.

      Cons

      Does on hire union workers but still offers union wages. Just like any construction company, you can be laid off during slow seasons and not working when there is inclement weather.

      They do not care about the employees only the almighty dollar . After long time of employment they will let you go anytime.
