This company will waste your time to harvest free consulting. The process required a 1-hour phone call, a 2-hour video interview, and a full day of travel. During the final rounds, they did not evaluate my skills using standard test scenarios. Instead, they asked highly specific questions about their current live business problems to get my expert feedback.After taking all my time, ideas, and detailed solutions, they made me wait for a long time and completely ghosted me. They stop responding the moment they get what they want. They only contact you when they need you to clarify their doubts for free, and then they disappear again.
