Pros
The management was professional and easy to communicate with. I always felt like I could ask for help and depend on my coworkers and managers. There were plenty of opportunities to learn about products and gear and advance in skill, especially if you asked for more responsibility or training.
Cons
Unless you had specific availability restrictions, your days off would vary almost every schedule you received. I would have liked it to be the same every week so I could plan ahead for life/events.
