Pros
Flexible schedule, friendly people, you are free to be yourself. Best benefits! Working here is like being a part of a big dysfunctional family; you love them on most days, but not all days and some people you love more than others.
Cons
They subscribe to hiring new people rather than promote from within. Operates like a start up company in that many people make decisions from a "trial and error" perspective than subject matter expert. No accountability, people will spent more time trying to pawn their work off on others or perform sloppy work as opposed to a standard of ecellence. Very poor communication. Things change, but it's not always communicated. Changes are made, but not always executed; ususally due to being cash poor.
