Pros
The vacation and dental, medical benefits are competive. The company does try hard to keep those costs for their employees within reason.
Cons
The general wages are not high enough to compete with other companies, as in Des Moines.The management has high expectations, and a high production rate also. My advice would be to check other companies out first. They operate a lean company, with an eye to have as few employees as possible, while the employees there run.
