HR is good at convincing you that this will be a great environment and place to work.
Cons
The team leads do not want to spend any time developing you or training you. You are supposed to just sit there with a manual and read through it and learn the entire process. This is just absolutely horrible for anyone trying to get a grasp of a brand new legal process. A lot of snarky people here that flat out don't want to help you with anything
