There are no pros to working here.

Cons

EVERYTHING!! Worked there for years and I still don't know why I stayed so long. Sr. Management watches every move you make and everything you did, offered no benefits or pay raises. Also, you didn't know if/when you were going to be fired for a minor error. Not the place to be if you want to be happy going to work everyday.
