Cons
- Low salaries (around 350 USD base wage for newcomers and around 600 USD base wage for more experienced ones).
- Poor work-life balance as they can call you in for work anytime.
- 6 times a week work, extra work hours are extremely common and you might work 50 - 60 hours a week with very little compensation.
- HR team is uncooperative and incapable at their job.
- They do not even give a full base salary, more than 30% of the base salary is given as "BONUS", which they can and have taken it out when they feel like it.
- Work conditions are bad especially with the aircon, it breaks really often, and you have to work while sweating or while freezing.
- No chance to grow as a professional in any field. You'd be better working as a waiter than working for them.
- The Italian managers and staff, in general, are a bit rude to the Albanian employees.
- They often do not keep promises about the bonuses.
