Excellent customer services - Distributor Albany Distributing Employee Review

I have gained experience in many fields working for Albany Distributing. The people I have worked with on a daily basis are wonderful people and very friendly. You are allowed to work from home, which is a great bonus :)

The folks that work in the shipping area do some heavy lifting, and I feel that they are greatly underpaid for that skill.

Good website that people believe

There is a $59 fee to join and we get angry calls every day because our prices are even more than retail. People want their money returned and we are trained to tell them it is being refunded to keep them waiting at least 90 days so the can't chargeback. Also some of the customers clients never receive their goods so the ordering person Jhansi to refund their customer and they are responsible for the charges. I feel like the devil. I had to quit!
