      - flexible schedule - endless OT availability - continuous training

      Cons

      - OT pay is affected by things that may be out of your control (if you have a sick day or clock in early you won’t be eligible for that 2 wk pay period) - physically taxing - mentally taxing

      Very mission driven with emphasis on the patient experience. Sincere understanding of the difficulties that go with the work. Job satisfaction knowing you are impacting your community on a broader scale. Diverse workforce with emphasis on respect for all.

      Cons

      Can be lower paying for positions but is consistent with a not for profit. Staffing.
