Pros
Co-wokers are great. Customers are great. Nice work flow. Good with needing to leave early or come late.
Cons
Management SUCKS!! They need serious structural training. They lie wayyyyyy to much. They have family and friends working under each other, which means it the other workers are out of luck. NEPOTISM in the MAX! They lack training so bad that the even go as far as withholding employees check to cover demurage on containers. Never knew OSHA to be okay with that???
