      Pay rates are better than Charlottesville City. Most staff seems to genuinely care.

      Schools are overcrowded. New schools need to be built given how many housing units are coming in.

      Teach and make music with kids

      Cons

      Behavior is bad and the kids are entitled. Administration (depends on who it is) sometimes micromanages you too much. (Telling you how to teach constantly)
