Cons
Communication is poor. No one knows what's happening, including all levels of management. No reasonable or adequate planning. Actively ignore issues even when feedback is given clearly stating what the issues are. Favouristm is high. How you are treated depends on whether you're friends with particular people. If they like you, they'll let you get away with anything. If they don't, they'll treat you poorly and punish you for anything and don't treat you like a human being. Expect you to be able to work around the clock and be available whenever they want you. They want 'yes' men around them. No one can question anything or say anything that goes against the status quo. Will preach one thing and do the opposite.
