Pros

Benefits are good. Two flex days per month. Of course this all comes with a price...

Cons

Big Brother 1984 environment. The organization leads through fear rather then inspiration. Constructive criticism / questioning of decisions made by upper management will most likely hurt your chances of moving up in the organization. Upper management provides visions / aspirations. Everyone else has to work towards this abstract goal with no measure of how well they are doing. Company morale is at an all-time low. Salaries have been frozen for the past few years. Constant reorganization. New positions created as a knee-jerk reaction with no real thought / research into whether they are truly needed. Only way to advance in the organization is to switch positions constantly into roles that for the most part, aren't truly necessary. If you stay in a single position for too long, your salary isn't going anywhere.

Pros

Overall good benefits and paid time off.

Cons

Incredibly unprofessional leadership without an understanding of how to effectively lead a team. Unethical behaviors and a hypocritical culture of being a people first oriented when they treat employees with disdain. I've worked in several other organizations and this is by far the worst environment I've been a part of.
