      They have a knack for recruiting very talented and intelligent individuals. Everyone works hard and has your back.

      Cons

      No real downsides apart from the Health Minister is not a fan.

      Work from home during Covid.

      Cons

      If management was more observant this would be a much better place to work. You work your butt off and other people don't with zero consequences. Lot of favouritism. Nepotism. Passive aggressive work environment. It makes a frustrating place to work with bad wages. The high rate of turnover is easily explained.
