Pros
• unlimited PTO • used to be fully remote in 2022-early 2025.
Cons
• lack of organization and communication amongst managers and directors • associates are expected to be data savvy but they have hired folks with no data analytics skills • no room for growth unless you are favorite of a particular director • constantly blaming each other for failed projects • no longer remote, the office is empty and no one interacts with each other • most of the team members are burnt out from failed merger and constant change in leadership • leadership lacks empathy and is not focused on keeping employees happy
