Pros
It was once a great place to work, at the end it became very toxic. I can't think of any pros.
Cons
After the Kroger merger failed, more than 800+ were let go. The Retail Media Network aka The Collective was the most toxic place I've ever worked in over my 25+ year Corporate career. The environment became very cutthroat during the final 1 and half that I was there. Lots of backstabbing and groups collaborating to sabotage careers. There have many folks have left or have been put on PIPs to get them out.
